The goal was to capture and showcase the dignified and serious character of Olaszrizling grown in this terroir. Clear, pale straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Clean, moderately intense nose of asparagus, apple and white flowers. On the palate the wine is dry with medium acidity and slightly higher alcohol and fuller body. It offers yellow apple, gooseberry and a subtle butteriness.
