Optimus cuvée is the winery’s top wine with an independent brand name, developed from the Selection series. It represents the best of the best at the winery. It is characterised by luscious jammy aromas, a full body and longer maturation in the cellar. We recommend to serve it on festive occasions as an accompaniment to wild game or fine meat dishes. Serving temperature: 16-18 °C.
