Pinot Gris originates from France and as the name suggests it belongs to the famous Pinot family of grapes. The wine in this bottle is made from grapes grown on the sunny “gravel hills” of Ászár. Its acidity is velvety, but at the same time it is full-bodied, fiery and rich in alcohol thanks to its high level of ripeness. Its harmony is enhanced by a bitter almond flavour.The flavours are long-lasting. On a hot summer’s day, splashed with soda, it is a perfect thirst quencher at 8-10 C.
