Fermented in stainless steel tanks, this is a Furmint dominated dry white wine displaying the mineral aromas and flavours typical of the wine region. The blending partner is Hárslevelű and it contributes to the complexity of the intense aromas. Fresh, zesty acidity leads to a citrusy palate, while the finish reminds one of the volcanic bedrock with its mineral notes. Excellent with oysters, shellfish and seafood.
