Initially, all three varieties were processed and matured in stainless steel tanks for a few months. Afterwards, the wines were matured in 500 litre barriques for six months, and then the best lots were selected and blended. It spent another six months in barriques before bottling. This was followed by another year of bottle ageing. The 2019 vintage is a Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Aiming for full maturity, the result is a rounded wine with dried fruit, spice, smoke and chocolate notes.
