Tokaji Szamorodni, 2018

Szamorodni is a traditional, botrytized wine specialty of the Tokaj region. The partially botrytized bunches are harvested by hand in late autumn. With age, the colour of Szamorodni becomes deeper and their taste more mature.

The nose displays aromas of pear and apricot. The first sip enchants us with its creaminess and harmonious acid-sugar balance. On the palate, acacia honey and sweet, ripe fruits can be discovered, dominated by ripe apricot and pear. The long oak barrel aging promises a long life ahead.
