Feind Winery

The winery was founded by Lajos Feind in 1995 and today they farm 130 hectares of vineyards in the Balatonfüred-Csopak wine region. In 2019, Lajos Feind entrusted the management of the winery to his son Zoltán Feind, which coincided with the beginning of the construction works of a 2,000 m2 winery in Balatonfőkajár. Today, everything from the grape processing, to the presses, to the bottling plant, is all in one location. The winery works with 20 different grape varieties on 130 hectares, so there is a wide range of selection. The main focus of the winery is on fragrant white wines and rosés, but they also make a lot of quality reds (12-13,000 hl a year). They are planning to develop tank and bottle fermented sparkling wines, increase their vineyard holdings and are in the process of moving towards organic farming.
