Clear, pale salmon in colour, with slight brick reflexes. The medium intensity nose displays ripe strawberries with a hint of dried flowers. On the palate, the wine is not bone dry, the few grams of residual sugar can make it a lovely aperitif especially when it’s well chilled. Its medium acidity and light body conclude into a balanced, lengthy finish.
