Grapes grown with strick yield control. In 2020, very ripe, juicy fruit was harvested. After settling for 24 hours, the must was fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Vinification and ageing took place in steel tanks and 5 hectolitre oak barrels. This wine is an excellent representation of the values of the Rád vineyard, besides the intense fruit one can sense the effect of the loamy soils. A full-bodied, fiery white wine.
