Single vineyard Cabernet Franc from the Várdomb vineyard. Made from late harvested grapes from 40 year old vines. It was fermented spontaneously, under controlled temperature, in stainless steel tanks and aged in 500 litre new oak barrels for 27 months before being bottled unfiltered. It is a full-bodied, substantial wine with notes of jam and toast, round tannins on the palate and a long finish.
