Pósta Winery

Pósta Borház is a family winery with 15 hectares of vineyards. Gergő, Bori and Péter manage all the work connected with the winery. Since the beginning, they have minimalized the use of chemicals in viticulture (no fungicides, no chemical insecticides, no weed killers). They are passionate about natural winemaking; all wines are fermented spontaneously, vinified with minimal intervention, and they strive to preserve as much as possible of the original qualities of the harvest (wines are often bottled without filtration or clarification). They have started the official organic certification process, which when achieved will be an important milestone in the life of the winery. They like to make special lots (e.g. amphora wines, orange wine, pét-nat) and are always open to experimentation. In harmony with nature, only from grapes – with heart and soul.
