Sauvignon Blanc Orange Wine, 2018

Orange wine is a wine made from white grapes using red wine technology. Unlike white wines, the must is not fermented on its own but together with the skins and seeds, so that colour and flavour are released into the wine during fermentation, giving it an orange shade, tannic flavour and exciting aromas. Another special feature of this orange wine is that it is traditionally bottled by spontaneous fermentation without filtration or fining.
