The nose is restrained, with fruity notes of greengage and carambola with a hint of freshly cut grass in the background. The palate is moderately intense, taking the wine a notch above the light category. Not your typical Sauvignon Blanc, this is an exciting, mineral wine with a long finish. Excellent accompaniment to salads, fish and less mature cheeses. It is especially good with fried fish from Lake Balaton, with lemongrass sauce. Planted area: 14 ha
