Fischer Winery

Fischer winery is located among seven volcanic mountains. The Fischer family started planting the first 15 hectares in 2002. From the very beginning, they focused on producing high quality wines. The only way to achieve this is to keep yields low. Therefore, 6,500 vines were planted per hectare, so that the yield per vine is half of the usual amount, i.e. about 1 to 1,5 kg. This results in wines with a particularly dense mouthfeel. Thanks to the volcanic red soils, it is possible to produce wines which display a definite mineral character.
