This wine is made from Furmint planted in 2015 on the loessy soil of the Hetény vineyard. The whole clusters were gently pressed. Without settling, half of the grapes were placed in a 675-litre ceramic amphora and the other half in a steel tank. After 9 months, the wine was bottled without filtration, fining or added sulphur.
