SZÓLÓ Winery has undertaken to preserve the values entrusted to them on a 10 hectare vineyard. This is best achieved through biodynamic viticulture, where man and nature can work together in perfect harmony. Starting from 2019 they are producing certified organic grapes and wines, and in 2021 they have qualified for the international Demeter biodynamic ceritifcate. The raw materials produced in this way are gently guided on their journey in the cellar during the winemaking process. Their aim is to produce honest, natural wines, believing that this is the best way to show the potential of the terroir, variety and vintage. Each bottle is a unique experience, a personal journey.
