Made with reductive technology, using controlled fermentation. Irsai Olivér is the winery’s most popular variety, accounting for a third of its turnover. The variety is originally a table grape. It should be consumed before one year of age. It is straw yellow in colour and has an intense nose offering flowers, citrus, green apple and peach notes. On the palate the first impression is that of the crisp acidity, accompanied by a light body and low alcohol content.
