Made with reductive technology, using controlled fermentation. It is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Zweigelt. A salmon-coloured rosé with aromas of red berries such as strawberries, currants and raspberries. The palate is also defined by this vibrant, lively fruitiness, complemented by spicy flavours.
