A sparkling wine made with a shorter ageing lasting 9 months. The base wine was a blend of traditional French grape varieties. Bright colour, intense effervescence, a perlage typical of fresh sparkling wines. On the nose, there is a distinct pear and fresh apple character, nicely accompanied by a delicate biscuit background. A refreshing, light bubbly.
