A white wine made with controlled fermentation. As a recognition of the superior quality of the wine it was decided that it should be partially aged in barrels. Pale straw yellow in colour, the nose is dominated by citrus fruit, but is also beginning to show the evolved petrol notes typical of quality rieslings. The palate is also dominated by a lively, fruity character, but at the same time there is a remarkable weight to it and it’s beginning to show the signs of bottle ageing.
