A fresh, zesty white wine made with reductive technology, still showing the primary aromas and flavours of the fruit. The grapes are processed so as to preserve as much of the original characteristics of the fruit as possible. Irsai Olivér is perhaps the winery’s most popular variety. The lush orange blossom scent is complemented by subtle citrus notes that continue on the palate. Thanks to the technology, it is a fresh, vibrant but still substantial wine.
