A fresh, zesty white wine made with reductive technology, still showing the primary aromas and flavours of the fruit. The grapes are processed so as to preserve as much of the original characteristics of the fruit as possible. A light colour with bronze reflexes. The nose displays dried rose petals, honey and white flesh peaches. Full-bodied, weighty palate, good acidity, fleshy body, with a return of the peach aromas. This is a more substantial wine than typical for the winery, with higher alcohol and some citrus notes on the finish.
