A white wine made with controlled fermentation, as a recognition of the superior quality of the wine it received barrel ageing. A light colour with bronze reflexes. The nose displays dried rose petals, honey and white flesh peaches. Full-bodied, weighty palate, good acidity, fleshy body, with a return of the peach aromas. This is a more substantial wine than typical for the winery, with higher alcohol and some citrus notes on the finish.
