The grapes come from the Gereg vineyard. A part of the harvest was fermented in open concrete vats for 3 weeks, the rest in plastic vats for 2 weeks. Half of the batch was aged in used wood, half in tank for a year, when blending the lots another 10% whole bunch fermented version was added. Bottled under cork with the addition of 10mg/l sulphur.
