Páger Winery

Páger Winery is an eco-minded winery which farms 2 ha in Gyöngyöspata, in the Mátra wine region. Winemaker and owner, Mátyás Páger, cultivates his vineyards without the use of chemicals, while in the cellar he works without wine-making supplements and additives, aiming for low sulphur levels.

Páger Winery considers it an important goal to convey the terroir specific natural flavours in their wines as faithfully as possible, and they are not shy about their ambition to get their limited edition wines onto the wine lists of the world’s top restaurants. The Páger wines are already available in several fine bistros and fine dining restaurants in Hungary.
