In earlier centuries, Juhfark was the dominant variety in the Neszmély wine region. Returning to tradition, Kősziklás wanted to make a wine from this variety that would be easy to understand for today’s modern wine tasters. It was harvested overripe, fermented and matured in wooden barrels with regular batonnage. The typical Juhfark nose draws you in with its distinctive, unmistakable aromas and exciting rainbow of flavours.
