Lajver Bikavér, 2019

The basic Bikavér of the Lajvér winery, sporting the special Szekszárd bottle, is a blend based on kékfrankos and cabernet franc. The base wines were made from hand-harvested, selected grapes, following the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation they were aged in second and third fill Hungarian oak barrels for 12 months. The wine is characterised by ripe red berry fruit aromas, sweet spices, harmonious acidity and velvety tannins.
