A Méthode Traditionnelle Brut sparkling wine made from Furmint grown in the Poklos vineyard (Szegi), vintage 2019. Pale green colour, with a persistent intense and refined perlage, fruity green apple and slightly vegetal nose and yeasty notes. On the palate, it is an austere, dry sparkling wine with the almond and citrus finish typical of Furmint. Good persistence.
