Pajados is a gorgeous vineyard, particularly in mid-autumn, when the vine leaves are already coloured and the sun illuminates the hillsides with golden light. The soil is mainly rhyolite tuff and the vines are aged 20-25 years. In addition to nutmeg and cinnamon, the blackcurrant and plum aromas are present with the obligatory minerality. A velvety wine with surprising harmony.
