We owe this wine to the miracle of nature, Botrytis, the magic ingredient in Tokaj is a rare occurence in the Pilis. In 2018 we were lucky to experience its appearance, seized the opportunity, followed the Tokaj recipe and made a wine the way aszús are made. The end result is unique and unrepeatable, the aromas of ripe exotic fruits like mango and pineapple, complemented by subtle spices are sure to make any occasion memorable.
