Tokaji Furmint „Kacsa”, 2020

A very clean, medium plus intensity nose with clear varietal typicity. It displays white flesh stone fruits, mainly ripe apple, pear, peach, but also citrus, grapefruit, unripe banana, even white flowers, herbs and a very subtle note of toasted seeds. An elegant wine, easy to drink, yet full of excitement, flavours and vibrancy. The acidity is round but supports the wine well. Not lacking in alcohol, but not overpowering either. Apples, quince, unripe pears, some melon and toasted sesame seeds notes on the palate. A wine with a refined texture and a long finish.
