Organic dry white wine with protected geographical indication of Balaton.
The variety is unique in that it is found almost exclusively on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, its colour is pale straw yellow, its aroma is moderately intense, hinting at the chalky soil first, then it shows a delicate peachy note. The palate is rich, full-bodied, with good acidity and a long citrus flavoured finish. It is best consumed with food, particularly fish dishes.
