It is the most characteristic wine of the Tokaj- hegyalja wine region. It has a pleasant nose and palate, with intense fruit. The residual sugar content is around 70 g/l, which would make it a 3-puttonyos Aszú, but this is not a wine made from botrytized berries. It is an excellent accompaniment to dishes which are sweet on their own or come with a sweetish garnish.
