Irsai Olivér is one of the most popular Hungarian created crossings. It is greenish-yellowish in colour, with strong Muscat-like aromas, soft acidity, a very fragrant, easy to like wine. It offers a playful palette of flavours and aromas when poured in the glass. The white flowers are embraced by the citrus first, followed by white flesh peach notes.
