Ördög is a blend which which invariably includes local varieties. There is no set recipe, the winemakers try to blend those varieties which suit best the style of this wine. They strive to achieve a blend that is full-bodied, with restrained barrel notes and pleasant fruit. It is a wine that ages well, but shows its best when young.
