Bock Ermitage, 2017

The winery’s most popular wine. Made from grapes coming from the best vineyards in the Villány wine region, it is built on the axis of cabernet franc and sauvignon, with some merlot, pinot noir, portugieser and syrah also added to the blend. It is aged in large oak barrels (70%) and used barriques (30%) for 12 months. It is characterised by a medium dark, garnet red colour with a slightly spicy, red berries nose. The palate shows sour cherry tartness with a some dark chocolate on the finish.
