Following destemming the grapes were pressed gently, then left settling for 24 hours, followed by controlled fermentation in steel tanks at low temperatures. Ageing and elevage was completed in stainless steel tanks. It is a full-bodied Olaszrizling with relatively high alcohol. Elegant acidity makes this wine round. A great companion for summer parties.
