BalatonBor is made from Olaszrizling, an easy to drink, yet substantial Balaton wine, primarily for gastronomy and regional sales. In addition to the objective parameters, the quality of the product is guaranteed by a panel of judges convened by the Balaton Circle and the Rizling Generation.
It is recommended with cheeses and poultry dishes, but it is also an excellent choice on its own or as a refreshing refreshment.
