For these wines, the aim is to bring out the distinctive fruit flavours of the different varieties. In order to achieve this goal they are fermented temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and then aged there until bottling. This is a blend of fruit coming from a younger and an older vineyard, and it displays the typical elderflower characteristics of the variety.
