Fauna is a full-bodied, substantial red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon from the 2018 vintage. Made with a traditional red wine fermentation, it underwent malolactic fermentation and then matured in 500 litre Hungarian oak barrels for 12 months. Following barrel ageing, the wine was bottled, and aged for two more years in bottle.
