Olaszrizling is the flagship wine of Attila Kiss. In the Mátra wine region, this variety produces wines of remarkable quality. This wine is very close to the winemaker’s heart, as Olaszrizling is his favourite variety in many respects. After fermentation, the wine was aged on fine lees for 3 months in steel tanks with continuous batonnage, thus achieving a denser mouthfeel and an increase in aroma intensity.
