Oremus Late Harvest, 2019

Late Harvest is a unique wine style that is made by combining several grape varieties. During the harvest, those bunches were selected which contained intact, healthy berries mixed with botrytised ones. Following destemming, the berries are left to macerate for 4-12 hours before being pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for 20-30 days, followed by 3 months in oak barrels.  The wine was bottled in August and then it was aged in bottle for another ten months.

This late harvest wine is characterised by harmony, freshness and silkiness.
