For Erhard being German it is almost a must to have a German Riesling to offer, especially as he is a huge fan of this grape variety. Luckily the the soil plus the underlying limestone rock allows to produce a great Riesling.
This Riesling shows flavors of muscat, apple and a little bit of peaches on the nose. Gorgeous grapefruit and lemon taste on the palate. Persistent finish.
Goes well with (not too spicy) Asian food, sweet water fishes, sea food or chicken.
