Low yielding vines: 1-1,5 kg. Gentle whole bunch pressing after hand harvesting in mid-September. Spontaneous fermentation started in steel tanks. The fermenting wine was bottled at the end of October, so the fermentation was completed in the bottle and the natural sparkling character developed. Exciting fruity aromas. Refreshing and bright flavours of peach, apple, yellow pear. Excellent as an aperitif or on its own on hot summer evenings. Natural, without added sulphur (SO2 < 10 mg/l), EU certified organic wine.
