Tűzkő Chardonnay Barrique, 2019

A dry white wine of outstanding quality aged in barriques. The six-month oak ageing has lent the wine a rich, complex character. High extract, full body, individual character. The straw yellow colour is a reflection of the ripe grapes and the small barrel ageing. The barrique character is discreet and unobtrusive, with a full-bodied creaminess on the palate due to the malolactic fermentation. The fruity, luscious flavours of Chardonnay are enhanced and enriched by the pleasant aromas and flavours of vanilla and cinnamon, apple and ripe date.
