Béres Vineyard and Winery

The Béres Estate is a youthful, dynamic winery, representing an individual character in Tokaj-Hegyalja.
From the very beginning, the aim was to create great wines worthy of Tokaj-Hegyalja’s prestige from grapes grown in the historic vineyards belonging to the estate, using a modern approach and modern equipment. Today, they can proudly say that the goal has been achieved: thanks to the excellent soil conditions, the microclimate, yield control and skilful, gentle processing, they were able to present fine, promising wines from the first vintage in 2003, which have since been followed by further successes both in Hungary and abroad. Their slogan “Every drop is of Béres” is intended to convey the idea that the winery is characterised by the same values as Béres Pharmaceuticals: quality, reliability and perseverance.
