Béres Tokaji Aszú 6 Puttonyos, 2008

The golden colour of this wine is beginning to take on an orange hue. The nose is dense, the toasty notes of barrel ageing, are complemented by dried fruit, wax, honey and caramel. The elegant acid backbone enlivens the palate which displays a plethora of tropical fruit and citrus. Residual sugar, body and alcohol are all integrated into an elegant structure. Finishes with tea leaves and chamomile. It has the power to transform any moment to a festive one. Floral, fruity, honeyed notes, with a perfect balance between sweetness and vibrant acidity.
