Csúcsi Kékfrankos, 2020

Unfiltered, unfined, spontaneously fermented natural wine from one of the highest vineyards in Hungary (Árnyékos-tető). After harvesting, the grapes were gently destemmed and fermentation started after 7 days of cold maceration. After more than 3 weeks of maceration on the skins, the grapes were gently pressed and then, after a short settling, it was aged for a year in new 500 litre Stockinger barrels. Gravity flow bottling. High concentration, mineral, cool, persistent finish. Burgundy style elegance. Total sulphur: 24 mg/l.
