Unfiltered, unfined, spontaneously fermented natural wine from the first harvest of the first planting of the Kálvária Kékfrankos plantation near the church in Kőszeg. Harvested in late September, early October. Spontaneously fermented after a few days of cold maceration, then after gentle pressing it spent 3 weeks on skins. Gravity flow bottling. Total sulphur: 12 mg/l. Tight, crisp acidity, high energy and elegance, good balance. Tasted in 2022, this is a brazenly young wine, yet already drinkable and with the promise of a long life. A fragile, graceful style of Kékfrankos.
