A fruity rosé made from hand-harvested grapes, with fresh, crisp acidity. The minimal amount of CO2 added to the wine enhances the fruity character (mainly raspberry), which is present on both the nose and the palate. It is an excellent thirst quencher, not only on its own but also as a spritzer.
